It all started when…
Terri D’Andrea is an industry professional in the Dayton market who has a wide array of real estate experience aside from sales. She has been in the industry her entire life from becoming the owner of an appraisal company to flipping homes and owning rental property. She began in the title business working for a group of lawyers who did title work and closings for area Realtors and banks. Immediately following her two-year stint with the group, she began in the real estate sales business with a development company where she oversaw subdivision development. She moved on to the appraisal side of the business in 1998 doing work for lenders, which led to the beginning of her own appraisal company. She got out of appraisal as a business owner in 2012 and decided to take time off for her family. Just three years later, Terri joined BBHS Pro to get back into the selling side of the business.
Terri’s vast experience in the industry has helped drive her success with BHHS Pro. Along with selling real estate, she resells homes in the Dayton area. She specializes in residential selling and she particularly finds joy helping retirees find the home they’ve planned for all their lives. Her ability to deal well with investors comes from owning investment properties to this day. She has owned rental property for the past 30 years and counting.
Terri’s family moved to the Dayton area to be closer to their first grandchild. She now has four grandchildren between all of her six children. In her free time, she enjoys staging her listings with a plethora of decor. She offers this service to all her sellers and provides all the decor and furnishing from her own personal collection. Any job you can think of that’s real estate related, Terri has done it!
Why Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty?
“Given my experience in the industry, I took notice to Warren Buffet’s Berkshire Hathaway when they acquired Prudential. My entire life I viewed Prudential as the most professional company so I didn’t have to think twice about joining BHHS Pro when I got my license in 2015. All the offices are wonderful and I haven't run into a single person within the brokerage who wasn’t incredibly honest with excellent ethics.”
